04I have a blog yet I can’t find myself bothering to use it. How do people commit to their blogs so much?!?!?!
I love movies because…
movies can take you to many different places and make you feel emotions that you never even knew of. I have so many favorite movies and they’re all so different and that makes them all special to me. Movies are inspirational to many people whether it be achievable or a complete fantasy. Not everyone can bust moves like Uma Thurman from Kill Bill (2003). Obviously there was alot of special effects taken into consideration when making that film… but what makes that movie so real is the world in which that film is set in. Movies like Taken (2008) open us to a whole different world of injustice and pure greed. Then there’s the cliched teen romance movies like She’s All That (1999) and The Notebook (2004) that makes the feeling of love feel real. They make a girl want to have what the characters in those movies had.. love. An emotion that everybody wishes they would feel. Movies are universal…which is why most are made at Universal Studios. LOL bad joke. But yeah.. I love em. Then there’s the “scary” movies like Exorcism of Emily Rose (2005), Psycho (1998) and Scream (1996) that make you think about the evil in the world and that it’s gonna get your at night in your bed while you’re asleep. So you just lay there in bed without moving because you feel as though if you move, you might break the silent tension between you and the non-existent evil in your bedroom, or just outside your door. That is why people sleep with their lights open at night now more often. Movies are a big part of our lives.. we just don’t know it yet. The film industry has taken over the world. Some of the richest people in the world are actors and actresses who star in movies. It’s no surprise. People love movies. But I simply can’t imagine anyone loving movies as much as I do :)
It’s kinda intimidating to wait for your hsc results. All the work I’ve been doing for the past 13 years are gonna be left out and everything is gonna depend upon just a years worth of study which I DIDNT DO!!!!
